About Chris Callahan

I am a dynamic and accomplished professional with a multifaceted career spanning entrepreneurship, real estate, and finance. With over two decades of experience, I have consistently demonstrated my passion for business development, community engagement, and strategic investment.I have a dynamic real estate and investment background. Prior to devoting the majority of the last five years to real estate, I cofounded Startup Palm Beach, a coworking space, education program, and public-private partnership with the City of West Palm Beach designed to foster collaboration, mentorship, and investment in creative talent across all ages and demographics. I have invested in over a dozen early-stage companies, including Classwallet, a South Florida startup which raised over $95MM in funding in 2023.I am passionate about community, entrepreneurship, athletics, and family. My wife, Elizabeth, and I have two children and live in West Palm Beach. I have volunteered for hospice since 2017 and currently serve as the Board Chair of Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, serving Palm Beach and Broward Counties. I graduated from Phillips Academy Andover and Georgetown University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Government and Spanish in 2005. I also studied abroad in Madrid, love to travel, and have visited over 30 countries.
