Using Case Management System in order to record and track cases and ensure compliance with service procedures and escalation. Take personal ownership of designated customer base, acting as the leader engineer from commissioning through to day to day management of queues and cases working in conjunction with peers to ensure contractual SLAs are adhered to. Act as the technical lead for customer service reviews.
