Promoted to the board as COO in 2003, responsible for Support, Web Development, Network & Systems, Corporate Design & strategic areas of Business Development. Craneware’s market leading Chargemaster management software and business intelligence products are designed to optimise reimbursement and the revenue cycle through greater efficiency, increased reimbursement and increased compliance for Hospitals. Headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland Craneware has offices across the US serving our 1200+ Hospital customers in both continental US and related territories. With business expansion, moved to CIO in 2013 focussing on Networks & Systems, Business Intelligence.
