Increased 9.6%($157M YOY) EBITDA in 2021 with 10% EBITDA YOY in 2022 ($184M) by devising strategic action plans in collaboration with the SVP of Operations. Evaluated and assessed all operating expenses in coordination with SVP of operations and formulated area stretch goals in 2020, resulting in capturing $16M in additional operating income for the year 2020. Reduced GOE and SG & A in 2020 by 1.4%($90M) and 0.2%($13M) through the formation of an operational volume tool and implementation of cost-cutting measures in coordination with the team.
