   PILLAR is a company that consists of five main concepts, Venue Restaurant & Lounge, Piedmont Bistro by Venue, Venue at Home, Venue Catering & Events and Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs. Locally owned, these restaurants are each unique in their own way of providing a high level of hospitality, quality food, and genuine relationships within the community. In my first 9 months working for this group I saved the organization over dollars in production and agency costs by doing all of the strategy and media production myself. Since I was hired, I have personally shot, designed, and created 95% of all of the videos, graphics, digital media, social profiles, social media posts, photos, campaigns, websites and brands that you can find for these concepts. Working with the Ownership and Management teams I created all strategies, concepts and calendars for all of our marketing efforts. I oversaw a small marketing team who assisted in our efforts, including a Community Outreach Coordinator, Social Media Associates, and Field Marketing Associates, while also working with ownership, managers for each concept, their chefs and employees numbering over 200 individuals. In my time with PILLAR, I have grown our digital marketing efforts by more than which has seen increased growth in revenue year over year, from our main concepts to the 5 consumer brands that I worked with the teams to create. Every concept has experienced record years and months compared to the previous, every year since I was hired. For example, Venue\'s Sales in 2018 for December were $387,960, and in 2021 were $478,400. Gift card sales for PILLAR in December in 2018 were $179,566 and in 2021 were $343,990.
