Manage the medical center\'s Health Promotion Disease Prevention (HPDP) program. This includes working with both clinical and administrative staff, to create an environment that focuses on preventative efforts rather than only addressing current health problems. The program values patient-centeredness, and seeks to involve the patient in their own creation of goals, and draws on Motivational Interviewing, health coaching through the TEACH for Success model training provided to staff.Manage the medical center’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program. This includes administration, evaluation of employment trends, and advisement to employees as well as management on their roles and responsibilities as they relate to EEO, diversity, and inclusion. Educate staff including new employee orientation, and regular educational programs for managers and supervisors.
