Core Responsibilities: Managerial LeadershipLead and mentor a 23-member workforce composed of military, civilian, and contractor professionals.Direct performance management, training, and workforce development to sustain mission readiness.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with Space Force and DoD priorities. Operational DirectionOversee the full spectrum of CSSP and Vulnerability Management (VM) operations for Space Force mission systems.Direct vulnerability mitigation, incident response, and cyber defense initiatives in coordination with SpOC, Delta 6, and system program offices.Prioritize remediation efforts and ensure cyber readiness across multiple mission platforms. Strategic RepresentationServe as the senior Space Force authority for CSSP and VM programs.Represent the Space Force at Combatant Command and DoD-level cybersecurity forums, influencing cyber defense policy and operational strategy.Key Achievements:CSSP Accreditation: Successfully guided the organization through DCDC accreditation in Feb 2024, securing validation of compliance, technical rigor, and mission assurance.Enterprise Leadership: Established and matured CSSP and VM processes across multiple mission environments, setting the standard for defensive cyberspace operations within Space Force.Strategic Integration: Advanced cross-organizational collaboration between Space Force, USSPACECOM, and the Air Force to enhance vulnerability visibility and risk prioritization.
