Acquired by Mars Inc. in June 2021.Developed and implemented the organization’s technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead a global team of 110 across the US, Mexico, and South America including a Senior Director of Engineering, Senior Director of Technical Program Management, 8 Engineering Managers, and an Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance Sr. Manager- Member of Senior Leadership Team providing direct input into how Vetsource operates in all areas of the company- Delivered value to our associates, customers and partners through rigorous engineering practices that provide exceptional quality and performance across a large code base. Manage development and delivery of high volume proprietary applications to support multiple pharmacies, thousands of veterinary practices and millions of pet owners worldwide- Migrated technology infrastructure from hosted on-prem to Highly Available GCP Cloud environment, all assets deployed via Terraform- Lead continuous modernization efforts to update the technology stack to foster innovation and accelerate growth- Achieved and maintained full compliance with rigorous standards, including SOC 1, SOC 2 and PCI SP Level 1.
