We work with a full range of metals and other materials and have a broad spectrum of knowledge and skillsets from 18th Century blacksmithing to modern technologies.• Define and manage a product roadmap collaboratively with internal and external Stakeholders, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams based on deep analysis and understanding of user experience to unlock and optimize all acquisition channels.• Responsible for collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to drive product creation through its full lifecycle including user research, design, development, and release.• Own all product metrics, data dashboards, and user research to drive strong user engagement and growth. Monitor growth metrics and set up alerts to ensure all channels are performing.• Foster and enhance a decision-making culture that integrates data analytics, product metrics, User Experience (UX) research, and competitive analysis, to drive prioritization of product features and enhancements.• Use data-oriented approaches to identify potential areas of improvement within the business, with a specific focus on retail user retention and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of the top 10 industry leaders to continually identify ways to improve acquisition and conversion.• Lead a relaunch of a Business to Consumer (B2C) website that increased organic search engine traffic by 3800% in >6 months, which led to an increase of $1.5M in revenue for the business.
