I\'ve had diverse exposure to publicly traded, partnership, non-profit, and private equity-backed companies, I\'ve partnered with the executive team to deliver business enablement through our people. I\'ve led global teams of HR operations, people analytics, and talent acquisition, and have been responsible for HR systems (HRIS & ATS), M&A, and processes that ensure a high level of employee experience. I have successfully launched an offshore customer success program, started new entities in APAC and EMEA, reduced recruiting expenses, increased under-represented talent representation, and hired new C-Suite leaders.    Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE) for Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division, responsible for driving global recruiting strategy, governance, and operational excellence across all business areas. Leads the development and execution of scalable, data-driven, and compliant hiring frameworks that enable regional and global teams to attract, assess, and retain top talent. Oversees global TA systems and analytics, ensures alignment with workforce planning and business growth, and champions inclusive, high-performance recruiting practices. The TA COE creates a seamless experience for hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters that reflects Hexagon’s values and ensures the right people are hired in the right roles, at the right time. With a unified employer brand, innovative hiring strategies, and consistent processes, the COE empowers Hexagon’s divisions—including Stationary, Portable, and Production Software—to meet evolving talent needs globally.
