Westerwood, part of the Walker Group, is a relatively new property company currently seeking new opportunities. From our West Edinburgh offices we manage an existing portfolio and are actively seeking to increase this, with well located properties of any class. In addition, we are seeking trading opportunities, be that asset management or development lead. Generally we fund our purchases cash, but for larger opportunities have access to debt funding. I asset managed the holding properties as a consultant for four years, building the portfolio via the purchase of new assets and I have now joined Westerwood full time in order help take the company to the next level.
