   Hired to create the ABI Tech organization, accelerating the launch of AB in new international markets and enabling rapid growth potential by building solutions which will make AB the leading procurement provider for private and public enterprise businesses in the EU, UK, Japan and India. • Enabled ABI to deliver on its mission by building the business case for a Madrid-based tech team, now 50 developers strong. Bootstrapped the team by filling the Software Development Manager role remotely, implementing solid tech processes and creating key partnerships with existing teams in Seattle, Austin and Hyderabad and business teams in Seattle, Tokyo, London and Luxembourg. • Built a product roadmap and GTM plan in collaboration with the global sales teams, which unlocked EU enterprise customers by delivering a single-supplier solution, Invoice By Amazon (IBA). IBA now lists 69% of the Amazon Business catalog and will generate $2.8B of incremental revenue in 2021. • Enabled ABI to win key enterprise accounts such as Bayer, Bosch and Siemens by delivering essential procurement and accounting integration capabilities, including customized shopping experiences, the ability to handle accounts with hundreds of legal entities and thousands of users, VAT compliant eInvoicing, and a best-in-class on-boarding experience. • Repeatedly filled product management gaps, building product roadmaps and business requirements documents, writing product vision documents and driving monthly business reviews for the entire ABI Tech organization. • Created and led a group of six Engineers to evolve the company’s systems to support multi-party transactions and end-to-end testing in production. These key technical advancements are designed to enable multiple billion-dollar businesses to reach their 50%+ growth targets by aligning tech strategy, resources and funding across multiple eCommerce organizations.
