Facilitated 15+ new distance/hybrid learning products for 55+ districts and one-on-one coaching for 24 teachers to enable equitable, efficient, and thoughtful classroom practices for all students during the COVID-19 school closures. Customize district-wide and cross-disciplinary professional development sessions for all grades and disciplines and adapt flexibly to the needs of the participants during sessions, consistently earning a positive Net Promoter Score (average of 22, national average is -37) in delivery with 45% “extremely satisfied” and 0% “not at all satisfied” in Fall 2020 for creating learning cycles and opportunities for goal implementation. Facilitated early implementation of professional development on social justice, culturally responsive teaching, dismantling systemic racism and bias, increasing equity and access for all learners to allow participants and districts to deepen diversity, equity, and inclusion at both macro and micro levels. Facilitate professional development sessions and one-on-one coaching in student-centered math (including Open Up, Illustrative Math, and Desmos curriculums) and instructional practices through analysis of class practices, goals, and effectiveness of new strategies.
