Disclaimer: It\'s not your typical \"highly-motivated self-starter\" intro.In 2013, I graduated from (the) USC with a degree in English, a path I originally chose to gain an edge on a law school application. but more so because writing was always a lot easier than math. Despite my original intentions, I decided to try my luck for a more immediate ROI on my \"literary engineering\" degree and zeroed-in on becoming a procedure writer at the home-town DOE-Savannah River Site (SRS).Fast forward three years and a couple of insurance sales jobs later, I completed the first-ever SRS Nuclear Operator Fundamentals Program, realized that STEM subjects were actually quite fascinating, and finally earned a spot in the federal nuclear sector as a production operator at the SRS Tank Farms. From 2016 to 2024, I enjoyed a fulfilling career by stepping out of my comfort zone (and sometimes flying by the seat of my pants) in an array of roles including control room operations, procedure development, simulator training, project management, and ultimately as Training Manager at the newly commissioned Salt Waste Processing Facility. Honestly, I would still be at SRS to this day if it wasn\'t for one fateful day when I received a LinkedIn message that read,\"I see you have nuclear experience and seem to be a decent writer. Have you ever considered proposal writing?\"I quickly learned of a high-stakes and rigorously competitive industry where I could apply my technical acumen and knack for writing to win multi-billion-dollar contracts that build, design, or operate one-of-a-kind megaprojects across the globe. Since coming on board with CRC Technologies in June of \'24, I\'ve authored management approaches, past performance sections, and executive resumes for DOE & DOD proposals totaling over $5 billion in awards (listed below). More recently, I\'ve been granted the opportunity to also oversee CRC\'s recruiting efforts.
