ABOUT CRAIG NEILL
I joined NatWest Group (NWG) in February 2007 and I am now Group Head of Talent Acquisition / Join, Move & Onboard Goal Lead. I started my career on the ERAC Graduate Management Scheme before specialising in recruitment for the last 20+ years. Prior to joining NWG I was Edinburgh City Manager for Adecco Recruitment Solutions. NWG has provided me with the opportunity to have a number of varied and challenging roles. We’re a principally UK-focused banking group that provides a wide range of products and services to over 19 million customers across our retail, commercial & institutional, and private banking businesses.
