From launching revenue-generating products from scratch to scaling our engineering org 3x, I’ve combined strategic vision with technical depth to drive meaningful impact for learners and educators.Before Packback, I spent a decade in data-driven roles—running infrastructure, scaling systems to serve billions of requests, and delivering products that blend resilience with elegance. My roots in computational astrophysics taught me to model complexity; my experience as an engineering leader taught me how to simplify it into momentum.

   As Packback’s CTO, my role has continued to evolve, reflecting an ever-deepening commitment to driving technological innovation, team growth, and product development. Since stepping into this role I have built upon the foundation laid during my tenure as VP of Engineering, focusing on strategic expansion, advanced technological implementations, and fostering an environment where creativity and efficiency thrive.In this capacity, my accomplishments include:• Spearheading the expansion of our engineering team threefold, I have ensured that this growth has not only scaled our capabilities but also enhanced our delivery metrics.• As the visionary and chief architect behind Packback\'s cutting-edge AI systems, I have led the development and integration of advanced algorithms, machine learning models, and generative AI. These systems are at the heart of our platform\'s unique value proposition.• Demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a knack for innovation, I have successfully incubated and launched two new products from the ground up. Each of these products went from a mere concept to generating revenue within a year, a testament to the strategic foresight and agile execution capabilities of our R&D function.In my ongoing journey as CTO, I remain committed to pushing the boundaries of what\'s possible in EdTech and championing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation with dual focus on strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in technology development.
