Craig has over 25 years of healthcare & information technology experience and has a passion for transforming healthcare delivery through innovation that changes lives, particularly where Payors, Providers and Technology intersect. Craig is the SVP & CIO for CenterWell & Corporate Services at Humana where he has responsibility for technology delivery for the industry leader of senior focused, integrated value based health services across Humana\'s Primary Care, Home Based Care & Pharmacy segments. Humana is the #1 senior focused Primary Care provider, the #1 Home Health provider and the #4 Pharmacy Benefits Manager. Additionally, he has responsibility for the delivery of technology across Humana\'s Corporate functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk & enterprise platforms.Prior to this, Craig was the EVP & CIO for Kindred at Home, the single largest Home Care and Hospice provider in the United States which was a natural progression for from his role as Vice President Technology, Mergers and Acquisitions at Humana. Craig has also served as CTO/CIO for Conifer Health Solution’s - Value Based Care division & CIO for Concentra, previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Humana. Craig has led all technology functions including Engineering & Design, Business Intelligence, Quality Assurance, Performance Engineering, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure & Operations & EPMO\'s, spending 12+ years with the Blues and additional time with multiple software companies creating and delivering product to the healthcare space.He has an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Corporate Finance & Investments from the University of Southern California. He also received additional executive education at the CTO Institute of Technology Innovation at Stanford University and CIO Institute at UC Berkeley.
