Leading the design and implementation of the component based architecture and API strategy across company divisions. Strategy is already providing strong return on investment by leveraging enterprise component capabilities across multiple projects. Lead the design an implementation of the enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) strategy for multiple company applications through a common component architecture. Leading the architecture and implementation to scale capacity of the document solutions business by over Effort involves a combination of buying and incorporating capabilities while supplementing with custom built solutions. Leading the implementation of the eSigning and eNotary solution that is driving the adoption of eMortgages in the mortgage industry. Through close partnership with clients, business and operations teams, launched our next generation application portal in 90 days utilizing Agile practices. The portal orchestrates cross divisional workflow solutions leveraging API (REST) interfaces. Leading the development of a unifying data strategy across divisions that includes operational data stores, data lakes, unstructured data repositories and an enterprise data warehouse.
