Part of the project team managing the design, construction and operational readiness of the new Recycle Center as well as staying with the team through commissioning, qualifications, ramp-up and into steady state operations.Being part of a greenfield site was an incredibly challenging, but rewarding, experience.Currently working through IATF16949 certifications and NOS (World Class Manufacturing) implementation, while ramping the facility safely to 100% design capacity. Ultimately responsible for the Operations team across all areas of the facility as well as daily planning with all the support functions (Process/PPQ, Engineering/Maintenance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc).
