I build and scale nature‑ and technology‑based infrastructure that measurably improves water quality and urban flood resilience. As Senior Director of Investments at The Nature Conservancy, I design market pathways and investment products that unlock private capital for distributed stormwater and watershed projects, and I lead Brightstorm, a TNC initiative deploying digital water solutions with governments and companies.My work bridges policy, finance, and engineering—from co‑creating private financing mechanisms for Philadelphia’s Green City, Clean Waters, to co‑founding District Stormwater, the largest supplier of credits in the DC stormwater market, to co‑developing Rainsteward, the first platform for portfolio‑scale water impact assessment.I’ve advised cities on codes, ordinances, and procurement (Detroit), catalyzed private‑property GI (NYC), supported nature‑based solutions pathways (Berlin), and contributed to green urbanization strategy (China). I’ve served on the U.S. EPA Environmental Financial Advisory Board (including guidance informing the $28B Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund) and on the WEF Nature‑Positive Cities Taskforce. I also teach and publish on environmental markets.
