Senior-level experience in general commercial litigation, representing corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of legal disputes, including contracts, business torts, intellectual property, employment, fraud, government contracts, commercial transactions, and regulatory issues. I practice in federal and state courts around the country and before arbitrators, arbitration panels, and mediators. I also assist clients in a broad range of trademark and copyright matters (including registration and infringement) and advise clients in trade secret matters.I have significant expertise in matters involving science and technology, particularly in the areas of computer software, the Internet, and biopharmaceuticals.I serve on a District Disciplinary Committee for the Virginia State Bar and I am a former Founding Board Member for the Psychedelic Bar Association.
