ABOUT CRAIG FERRARA

I work and live in California with my wife, son and daughter. I love to play soccer and am on several teams in the Bay Area. I have worked in SaaS for my entire career and have had the privilege to travel to more than 20 countries between leisure and work. If your country serves tea - you can bet I love visiting or want to visit.I am the VP of Customer Advocacy at Optimizely - which is a passion of mine. I love to build practices within companies that help to quantify the value and impact of a platform. I also enjoy creating scalable process to help customers realize MORE value in the product they are utilizing. This could be in sound account management and renewal practices, creating a quantified and value-centric account lifecycle, or in helping to build a map connecting analytics to configuration optimizations! My job is to make sure you understand what this platform can do for you, measure that impact in an unquestionable way and see the value in a continued relationship with your platform provider. In any case, the most fun I have is in working with other nerdy people who like cutting edge technology and helping companies adopt technology.
