I am a transformative operating executive who uses the entire HR toolkit to help companies formulate, design and then achieve their commercial and strategic objectives. I am a qualified actuary and experienced international HR professional with a background in consulting and private investments. My actuarial training underpins an analytical approach, but I am told that my strengths lie in being able to see the bigger picture to provide advice in the context of the wider business, commercial and strategic objectives. Clients and colleagues have also said that I am able to present complex and technical advice in a down-to-earth style with straightforward language, all the while retaining an enthusiastic approach and can-do attitude.
