Dynamic media leader with 28 years of experience in news and sports broadcasting, specializing in partner management, content production, and technology innovation. My career began in 1997 at KELO-Land TV (CBS affiliate) as an intern, evolving from on-air into a videographer, earning awards and Employee of the Month honors twice. In 2003, I joined Midco as an Advertising Sales Commercial Producer, advancing to supervise commercial production by 2006. I played a pivotal role in launching Midco Sports, managing pre-production for its first live sports broadcasts in 2007 and 2008. From 2012 to 2019, I served as Technology Manager, overseeing studio designs, technology budgeting, and the transition of an OB truck from SD to HD. I also led the relocation of Midco Sports\' data center and master control. In 2016/2017, I spearheaded the design and integration of Midco’s REMI van and control room, enabling pioneering multi-city live productions over fiber.As General Manager of Midco Sports since 2019, I’ve driven strategic operations, content creation, and revenue growth through innovative partnerships and audience engagement. I oversaw the development of the Midco Sports Plus app, managed cross-functional teams, helped negotiate high-value contracts, and delivered premium sports content across linear TV and streaming platforms. My expertise spans project management, stakeholder collaboration, and digital strategy, consistently reducing operating costs while enhancing production quality.Now transitioning to Senior Manager of Partner Success, I’m eager to apply my relationship-building and strategic planning skills to empower partners and drive measurable outcomes.
