WORK HISTORY
VP, Programming and Content @Wider Circle
At Wider Circle, I lead the strategy and execution of our national programming and content initiatives. Our mission is to build trust and connection through peer-based community experiences that improve health outcomes and reduce disparities for Medicare and Medicaid populations. I oversee the design of member-facing experiences that span education, support, social engagement, and behavioral activation. My work focuses on connecting people to each other and to the care they need, using programming as both a human and strategic growth engine. Key Contributions: National Program Strategy Architected a scalable, outcomes-aligned programming model that supports thousands of members across multiple health plans. The model combines in-person events, virtual education, 1:1 support, and self-guided digital tools. Content Development and Curriculum Design Built a structured content framework that works across multiple lines of business. Developed a library of culturally relevant, action-oriented materials that inspire trust and encourage behavior change. Tiered Engagement Model for Risk Stratification Created differentiated programming strategies tailored to member acuity levels. This approach enables targeted outreach for those at high risk while empowering lower-risk members to self-direct and build community organically. Digital Experience Innovation Supported the development of new digital tools that extend our reach and deepen engagement. Piloted solutions like goal tracking, AI-powered resource navigation, and member-led events. Equity-Driven Storytelling Crafted messaging and experiences that center the voices and needs of underserved communities. Maintained a strong focus on accessibility, cultural humility, and real-world relevance.
