I\'m also part of KPMG UK\'s Pillar 2 compliance steering committee, helping shape how we support multinationals meet their new compliance and reporting obligations. With over 17 years of experience in UK and international corporate tax, I have a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face. I partner with my clients to provide strategic tax advice on a wide range of issues, including overseas expansion, refinancing, structure simplification, cash and profit repatriation / extraction, and the impact of new rules like the global minimum tax.
