About Craig Bangor

As a Naval Officer, I was repeatedly trusted with many executive and other vital positions throughout my highly successful career in service to our Nation. Most of my time in the Navy was spent flying fighter jets off aircraft carriers around the world which included graduating from the elite TOPGUN and commanding a fighter squadron. Later I became involved in how the Navy acquires and tests some of the most capable and classified technology and was also the chief architect in establishing and operating a new Navy Fleet organization. Throughout my service, I discovered am passionate about problem solving and leadership with authenticity in high-reliability and dynamic environments by building high-performing teams to drive innovation and achieve successful outcomes. I am looking forward to bringing my extensive and diverse skills and talents to the civilian sector to be an instrumental part of organizational success.    Conducts Mission Based Test Design, Operational Test Planning and Execution, and Analysis and Reporting of Joint and Naval Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber, Cryptologic, Space, Business, and Health Infomatic systems in support of Department of Defense and Navy acquisition and Fleet introduction decisions.• Leading Navy-wide efforts to implement elements of Agile, DevSecOps, and Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation methods to significantly reduce time to field DoD programs utilizing Software Acquisition and Defense Business System Pathways. In the first year of implementation, average reporting time was reduced by 11 days (27% improvement), enhancing organizational relevance to improve Fleet capabilities and readiness.• Adapting legacy acquisition processes by guiding emerging technologies through iterative experimentation, test and evaluation, and deployment without compromising mission integrity by applying agile principles and data analysis tools and techniques to inform programmatic decisions.
