Main role: managing a communications platform as the lead SME (since live integration Jan 2015) of which handles data from source systems to generate communications to send to client customers on our client’s behalf.• Automation workflow management to process given job requests through various journeys.• Comms template creation and management using Designer workflows.• Working closely with the comms platform 3rd party supplier for issues, general maintenance, and improvements. • Progressing Change Management and Implementation for systems as they develop. • Assisting the Postroom for printed comms to ensure they get what they need (SLA).• Supporting the Test team to resolve any bugs, and Prod Support for migration to live with build / release management processes using tools such JIRA. • Managing development work using Tools such as ADO ad Confluence.• Incident Management: working either with colleagues or individually to triage and resolve issues and perform general tasks (IM via Service Now). • Working across teams to implement effective approaches to Agile processes, together to manage projects, milestones, PBI stories etc. to implement client requirements and deliver production output.• Being involved in regular meetings with teams to discuss project progression, successes, issues, retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions. • Supporting server maintenance for both non-production and production with associated applications for the platform.
