Rocky Enterprises is a full service real estate investment company operating in the Pittsburgh region. It is run by owner, founder and CEO Craig Keto. Rocky Enterprises provides affordable, stylish, utility efficient, well maintained, well managed rental housing to well qualified tenants who want to live in exceptional housing located in friendly, convenient neighborhoods. Rocky Enterprises focuses on investing in Pittsburgh\'s East End and surrounding suburbs, where it is taking a leading role in revitalizing communities. CEO Craig Keto has extensive real estate investment, development, management, sales, construction and oversight experience since he started his journey in Pittsburgh real estate in June, 2009. He has managed 200+ apartments, worked for Pittsburgh\'s largest home buyer and set a sales price record on a sold listing. In 2014/2015, Craig placed 32 new tenants in Wilkinsburg housing over a 17 month span. These tenants consist of tremendously talented, community oriented people with amazing stories. He also was part of a group that has invested nearly into Wilkinsburg housing from early 2014 through December 2015 through the acquisition, renovation and leasing of 28 residential housing units utilizing Craig\'s proprietary methodologies. Craig holds an undergraduate degree in business (Finance) from the University of Pittsburgh\'s College of Business Administration as well as an MBA from Pitt\'s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. He is also a practicing, licensed real estate agent in the state of Pennsylvania. The name Rocky Enterprises is in honor of Craig\'s maternal grandfather, Torenzio DePonte, whose nickname was Rocky.
