Overseeing training and development for succession planning- Handle all people-related matters promptly and in line with company policies- Collaborate with Managers to improve communication, best practice, and operational efficiency- Identify and escalate or resolve health & safety and people-management issues as required- Foster a proactive “can-do” culture and ensure all daily tasks are completed on time
