I have overall leadership and management of the Lombard East and North Region which includes customers from the Corporate & Large Commercial segments. As a team we aim to deliver our financial objectives that contribute to sustainable growth whilst maintaining strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and driving our NPS scores. A key part of my role is to develop, support and coach my team that comprises 10 people to ensure individual performance is maximized. I continually demonstrate leadership skills by focusing on people development and build motivation to ensure I build the right culture and drive positive staff satisfaction. I support our Regional Sales Director in delivering the overall Lombard strategy to ensure we deliver our business and strategic goals.
