Accountable for the development and QA of the email and SMS deployments using AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Frequent use of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder along with each of their capabilities for business success. Fulfilling scrum master duties by ensuring timelines are met for campaigns developed from my team. Working with key stakeholders both within and outside the MarTech organization to capture requirements and delivery timelines to build email and SMS communications, enhancements, and new capabilities. Establishing operating model for deploying email and SMS to ensure adherence to defined SLAs, partner deadlines, and controls. Working with the Salesforce CRM to create reports and importing those to the SFMC side for data extensions.
