I manage the nationwide delivery of specialist periodic cleaning—windows, escalators, jet washes—coordinating teams, kit, vehicles, and logistics from multiple outposts across the UK.With a background in hands-on operations and team development, I bring a practical, people-first approach to leadership. I support recruitment, onboard new operatives, and ensure they’re trained, equipped, and ready to deliver. I work alongside our H&S Manager to assist and finalise RAMS and compliance documents, and develop toolbox talks and systems that are actually useful on-site—not just paperwork for the sake of it.I believe in straight-talking, setting clear standards, and getting things done properly—no fluff, no shortcuts, just professional service backed by experience and a solid work ethic.
