   Support pharmacy operations and strategy for Prime’s largest owner-client, Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC)- Develop pharmacy product strategy: Market Trends, analysis, up-sell opportunities and implementation of programs for Enterprise. Recent areas of success include:o Networks – Coordinated with the Prime Network team to develop a Tiered network concept that was accepted and implemented by the Client. Offering was made available for all Prime Therapeutics clients after implementation.o Networks – Drove client adoption of networks that center on a single national pharmacy retail partner. Client implemented these networks across all eligible, fully-insured business segments.o Clinical programs – Up-sold a new formulary offering across all standard fully-insured business. Client also agreed to move the remainder of fully-insured to a more aggressive formulary.o Mail order – Client agreed to allow full member marketing access for mail order- Oversight and management of Health Insurance Marketplace - Lead ASO Pharmacy Product strategy in conjunction with the ASO team leadership- Manage Account Consultant team with operational focus with dotted line oversight of Account Executive Sales team for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL)- Train Prime Client team as well as the Pharmacy teams at the Client regarding Pharmacy Products and Programs
