I am a dedicated, talented and dependable Law Enforcement professional with 25+ years of experience managing most facets of Security, including insights into risks, threat assessments, vulnerabilities, and response measures to protecting corporate assets, facilities and intellectual property. I have the ability to create sustainable growth through recognition, training and coaching. I have demonstrated unique ways in creating accountability, driving results, and fostering a service-based team-oriented culture. Along with my hands-on experience in all aspects of the Security function, I bring a unique perspective to any organization. I am always focused on maximizing the protection of all aspects of a corporation and its people and property. History shows I am a natural problem solver who works well and collaboratively with all levels and cultures of people. I am always a deeply committed professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. I revel in the challenges of accomplishing goals where others have failed. I understand the importance of results.During my career, I have sought opportunities to increase my knowledge and experience in always improving the security experience and most importantly, in protecting assets and lives. I meet and exceed objectives and with a lot of enthusiasm tend to motivate employees to perform at a high level. I excel at what I do and have been a mentor and trainer to many. A few of my recent successes include: I spearheaded a number of high-profile projects that have launched. I have developed security standards that focus on internal programs and oversight. I evaluated and formed contingency plans and emergency/disaster preparedness.
