I am a driven risk management specialist with experience in project, operational and strategic risk management.To date, I have gained valuable experience in providing risk management services to multi – million pound engineering projects in rail and highway infrastructure. These services include undertaking quantitative risk assessments to both the project cost and schedule (QSRA and QCRA) through the use of Permaster and @Risk software. I have also produced bespoke reports for a multitude of stakeholders, presenting management information in a clear and concise way. Moreover, I have gained valuable experience in setting and implementing company risk appetite, ensuring it’s alignment with strategic objectives and corporate behaviors.
