This experience has been gained across Defence, Civil and Military Aerospace programmes. Managed a P&L from 60m to over 900m in terms of revenue with a span of control from 500 to 2,500 employees. Developed and led multi-functional global teams based in Italy and France Led teams based in USA, Europe, India, China and Japan. Experience in leading Engineering, Manufacturing and Purchasing teams. Successfully developed and delivered business, supplier and site strategies across several global commodity groups. This included the establishment of a number of new supply chains in Eastern Europe and Asia. For Airbus, this included all Composite, Fasteners and Titanium products whilst for Rolls-Royce this covered Ring Rolled forgings, Precision Machined components and Fabricated products. The above was delivered recognising the latest available Technologies to ensure the business had a sustainable future proof solution.
