WORK HISTORY
President & CEO @Moleculera Biosciences
Oklahoma City, OK, US
Moleculera Biosciences is a precision medicine company founded to transform how medicine is practiced for patients suffering from chronic disorders driven by inflammation and immune dysfunction. We are intently focused on the discovery and development of next-generation technologies for the identification, diagnosis, and treatment of patients suffering from immune-mediated neuropsychiatric, cardiovascular, Long-COVID and neurodegenerative disorders. Our platform technology consists of three integrated components 1) Molecular testing blood panels for autoimmune antibodies directed against novel biomarkers of disease, 2) Multiple biorepositories from patients we have tested that include bioinformatic data and clinical outcomes to develop AI-based treatment algorithms, 3) Biomarker discovery novel therapeutic target identification from our biorepositories. We are a biotech company with a fully accredited CLIA/COLA laboratory. We possess the largest biorepository of over clinically annotated specimens and bioinformatics of immune-mediated neuropsychiatric disorder specimens. This biorepository has been utilized to generate new companion diagnostics for other cognitive disorders and identify and provide novel targets for therapy. Our patented Autoimmune Brain Panel comprises 5 bioassays whose integrated results identify patients suffering from infection-triggered autoimmune conditions including PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococci) and PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) and parts of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADD/ADHD, chronic depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, motor tics, dysgraphia, food restriction, phobia, anxiety, and a host of other symptoms. Once correctly diagnosed, these patients are treated with anti-infectives, anti-inflammatory, and immune-modulatory agents and experience remarkable recoveries.
