Act as a role model and first point of contact for RSG TA team, including regular meetings with the team to ensure training matrix is up to date and a plan is in place to tackle any identified knowledge gaps. Whilst maintaining own reduced share of the reconciliation processing.• Have a high working knowledge (measured by training matrix) of all TA reconciliations and associated processes.• Check/authorise reconciliations and reporting within specified deadlines, ensuring that matching criteria is interpreted correctly and reconciliation is complete, in order to deliver a high quality services and meet the overall objectives and deadlines of the department.• Ensure all reconciliations are fully complete and that any discrepancies are investigated by the team. Escalating to the Reconciliations Services Group Section Manager reconciliations that are at risk of missing the deadline.• Liaise with TLM support, and other internal departments to ensure queries are responded to, thereby ensuring that internal and external client satisfaction is maintained and deadlines are met.• Investigate opportunities for self-development and improving knowledge of the business that you are servicing in order to improve skills and knowledge and deliver maximum service levels.
