Managing administrative support, coordinating and overseeing facilities management across multiple office locations. Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Practice. Continuous development of the Administration team in terms of performance and capability.Day to day support, development and management of systems, processes and procedures.Working closely with the Sustainability, Health and Safety and Quality Directors and working groups to implement procedures, measures and audit targets and in accordance with ISO standards. Maintaining records for regular and reactive maintenance, overseeing all office Health and Safety checks. Working closely with company Directors and other business managers (IT, HR, Marketing and Finance) to coordinate the use of Practice Administrator support and facilitating good communications across all levels of the business.
