Recruited and led a 45-person Storage Platform Development team with ownership from concept to first customer ship. Worked with OEMs to define requirements and identified resources. Accomplishments included enabling a $200M program to ship, rescuing a failing $250M storage program, and salvaging $50m in business with two major OEMs. Saved $1.5M in one year by moving development work to ODM\'s in Taiwan.I served as Manager of the High End Server Software Group for Sun Microsystems, where I worked on a $1B line of servers and shipped software for Sun\'s first servers with an embedded system controller.
