As a Director at Gleeds, I have a passion for leading teams who regularly deliver world-class facilities for our clients.I lead the teams overseeing all aspects of project delivery, across the UK for several key clients. I lead on business development, resource management, and client relationship building. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Accredited Project Manager, I have successfully delivered complex and challenging projects across various sectors, including commercial, infrastructure, defence, mission-critical, urban regeneration, and residential in UK, and overseas. Some of my recent project highlights are the New Waverley development, a £150m award-winning scheme in Edinburgh city centre, and the Halo Kilmarnock project, a vital and positive regeneration initiative for East Ayrshire.
