Managed Niagara’s first Tetra/Sidel low acid line installation in Temple, TX along with brown field start-ups in Kansas City, MO and Stockton, CA and a high-acid aseptic production green field start-up in Hazleton, PA. Hired and onboarded 891 hourly and salaried employees with projected sales of 62m cases in 2024. Prepared full operating plant budgets based on anticipated sales volumes and managed $108m annually in OPEX to meet profitability goals.
