Specialist in defined benefit (final salary) pension scheme analysis and transfers, personal pensions and investments- Fully-qualified to Diploma level and holder of AF3 Specialist Pension Transfer Licence- After leaving school in 1980, I joined Barclays Bank, progressing to the Corporate team before further promotion to Regional Manager in 1997 with responsibility for around 100 staff in the South Wales area- Following a successful career in Banking, I joined Barclays Financial Services in 1998 to advise Corporate and High Net Worth clients and during this period I achieved the much-valued Specialist Pension Transfer licence plus other industry qualifications- After leaving Barclays in 2002 I went on to accumulate 20 years’ experience operating as a financial planner before setting up Morris Paley Wealth Management in 2017 with Adrian Morris and Leanne Davies.
