I have 15 years’ experience within the data networking arena and I am certified across a range of vendors. • I have been responsible for delivering end to end solutions to Customers ranging in size from SMB’s with less than 20 sites to Global organisations with 100+ sites. • I am fully versed in ensuring that network infrastructure is tuned to ensure optimal performance through best practice design and both pro-active & reactive monitoring and maintenance. • I consider myself a Subject Matter Expert and have often been called upon to provide Customers with \'real world\' insight for proposed solutions. • I have experience throughout the whole project delivery life-cycle, from inception, through Proof of Concept, Solution proposition, High & Low level design, implementation, integration & migration and support. • I have experience of collaboration with customers at all levels, including implementation, project delivery and day-to-day support (1st to 3rd line).
