ABOUT CRAIG NUNEZ

Craig Nunez was named president in August 2017 after serving as chief financial officer since joining NRP in January 2015. His experience spans five continents and every sector of the oil industry. His previous roles included senior vice president and treasurer of Halliburton, and director of the International New Ventures Division and manager of the Eurasia Division at Phillips 66. Additionally, Mr. Nunez served as president of Greenwich Energy, a company he founded, built and sold. He started his business career as an institutional bond salesman with Greenwich Capital Markets. Prior to entering business, Mr. Nunez was a professional tennis teacher and a certified Elite Professional with the United States Professional Tennis Association.Mr. Nunez received his bachelor and juris doctor degrees from Louisiana State University and a master of business administration degree with honors from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar. He is a licensed attorney and formerly a Board Leadership Fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors.Mr. Nunez serves on the Boards of Goodwill Industries International and the National Mining Association. He previously served as chairman of the Boards of Goodwill Industries of Houston and Avondale House, formerly known as the Texas Treatment Center for Autism. He also served on the Executive Committee of the Boards of the Sam Houston and Atlanta Area Councils of the Boy Scouts of America and as a director on the Board of Medical Bridges. An Eagle Scout and recipient of the God & Country Award as a youth, Mr. Nunez has been designated an Outstanding Eagle Scout as an adult for distinguished service to his profession and community. He was also honored with the Silver Beaver Award, the highest honor bestowed on an adult volunteer by a Scouting Council. A former lieutenant colonel in the Texas State Guard, Mr. Nunez concluded his service as Commander of the 447th Air Support Group at Ellington Joint Reserve Base. His military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal.
