Provide leadership of the Emerson Health System Employed Physician Group known as Emerson Practice Associates (\"EPA\") with over 400 employees consisting of over 20 multi-specialty and multi-site physician practices (including Primary Care, Medical and Surgical sub-specialties along with Urgent Care facilities) throughout the Emerson Hospital System. Recently tasked with transitioning private Anesthesia group to Employed and assumed management responsibility for the Anesthesia Service Line. Additional responsibility for EPA\'s revenue cycle management function including both the front and back-end as well as related vendor relationships. In year one, assembled management team and drove 85% revenue growth through selective physician recruitment, new programs, additional clinic site openings, increased patient access, enhanced practice productivity, and revenue cycle management performance initiatives while focused on continuous and sustained patient customer service and quality initiatives. Directed 5-year revenue professional revenue growth plan which exceeds 700% and over $150M in revenue. Member of several leadership committees including Hospital\'s Labor Committee, Incident Command and The Joint Commission as well as the PHO Finance and PHO Managed Care Committees. Leadership of the EPIC Transformation process for the Employed Physician Group and developing a Center for Operational Excellence for the EPA physician group.Founding Administrative Fellowship Director for Emerson Health creating national reputation for the program that is on its 9th recruiting class.
