About Craig Nargi
The privilege to have worked as an apprentice to several acclaimed chefs on the East coast (US) along with a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality, this experience contributed to many successes. Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Sous & Banquet Chef, Restaurant Chef and later in my career owning a Brewery, Winery, Restaurateur, Caterer and now equine stable and event wedding facility owner. My experiences are rich with exposures to some of the best culinary talent and hospitality directors working in four and five star resorts, hotels and private clubs. Each day I view the world through a chef\'s eyes. Today that vision applies to guests experience, to remain an unusual and unique appeal to our clients by reaching the modern bride, contemporary event planner and anyone that enjoys the path less chosen while delivering excellence of there professional craft and surround a guest with certain comforts while showing new concepts.
