ABOUT CRAIG MURRAY
I am currently a Workday system and change analyst for Stagecoach. My area of focus is Recruitment and Core HCM. I am responsible for maintaining, configuring and restructuring the Recruiting platform based on the needs of the business and Talent & Acquisition team. Maintenance on Business Processes in the form of efficiency and functionality for end users. Meeting with senior leaders to roadmap and implement changes to the modules. I also maintain the training material the business will use for application of the system. I’ve also been responsible for overseeing the change to the business processes in my region and communicating with stakeholders and training the management teams. We continually engage with them to ensure the smoothest transition and that a high quality of data inputted into system is maintained.
