During my first 4 years at Jobot- Helped launch Jobot OC alongside Heidi Golledge, Tonya Ghanbari, Nadeem Reinhardt, Jason Rodrigues, and Jaclyn Montgomery- Helped grow Jobot from 10 to 700+ people across the country- Built a division of 337 experienced recruiting professionals, nationwide, in every vertical- Built the first $1M and $2M per quarter team- Promoted 10+ leaders into senior management- Promoted 4 Directors- We launched our proprietary AI recruiting software, JAX 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 - We launched our oceanfront headquarters in Newport Beach \"Jobot House\" Some of my responsibilities include- Providing mentorship and guidance to recruiters and recruiting leaders to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that recruiters and managers have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles- Collaborating with other leaders in the organization to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies with overall business goals- Implementing processes and systems to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate & client experience.
